When will my order ship?

We are currently shipping orders within 3-5 business days of receipt.  Please understand that during the holidays, there may be a delay. 
 

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Once your order ships, UPS or USPS should provide an estimated arrival date.  Please keep in mind that carrier related delays may occur that are outside our control. Additionally, there are always delays in transit time during the holiday seasons. 
 

Will my order ship plastic-free?

At the moment we are still using plastic-based shipping tape but we use primarily paper-based packing materials.  The only time you will find bubble wrap in our packages is when we are re-using what we receive from a vendor and need extra padding for your order. 
 

Can I buy THE RUSTIC RIDGE BATH CO. products locally?

Absolutely! You can shop in store at Audrey Road (7 Bailey Ave, Ridgefield CT 06877) Please keep in mind that we do our best to keep the store fully stocked with our entire line of products but sometimes it isn’t possible so we suggest reaching out in advance if you are looking for something specific. 
 

Do you accept returns?
